INCOME:
3x Monthly rent required with a employment history of at lease 3 months.
✓

RENTAL HISTORY:
Good current and previous rental history. For example, no reoccurring late rent payments, NSF's or community disturbances.
✓

CREDIT:
A credit score of 540 or higher is required or there will be an additional $500 non-refundable risk assessment fee.
✓

CRIMINAL:
No felony convictions, misdemeanors with involved moral turpitude (i.e., drug involvement, prostitution, theft, bodily harm, etc.), received differed adjudication for either a felony, or sex related offense or a misdemeanor, been arrested for any crime which has not been fully adjudicated
✓

PET POLICY:
We allow up to two pets per household with a 40lb weight limit. A signed pet policy will be required upon move in. A monthly pet rent of $25 will be required per pet along with a one time pet fee of $350.
The following breeds of dogs are not allowed; German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Doberman Pincher, Husky, Chow, Wolves, Staffordshire Terrier or any mixture of these breeds.

Quiet hours will be observed from 10PM - 6AM, 7 days a week, 365 days per year.

What Are The Lease Terms?

Our standard lease term is 12 months. However, we also offer six-month and month-to-month options for added flexibility, though these come with additional costs. Let us know what works best for you, and we’ll help you find the perfect fit!
Is There Designated Parking?

Yes, we provide two designated parking spaces per unit—no more fighting over the best spot! Your parking needs are covered.
Are Utilities Included?

No, you’ll be responsible for the electric, trash and water—keeping the lights on and the showers warm is all yours!
